My son somehow copied/pasted is phrase wrongly. I tried loads of combinations and possible mis-spellings myself before eventually giving up. Contacted Dave – after about a week he sent my son a mail saying he couldn’t crack it, but would leave his competers/software trying. The next day he mailed to say he’d cracked it – my son was sooooooo happy – the % is a lot, but its better than losing it all and for my son, its hopefully a lesson he’ll learn from (although I doubt it) 🙂 – Anyway – it is a very genuine and honest service.

They responded very promptly to my email and soon after giving the details of my bitcoin wallet from 2013 went to work to attempt to figure out the password I had long forgotten and over the Easter weekend. Fortunately, they figured out the password quickly but unfortunately there was little in there due to a transaction back in 2013.
